These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Geoleaper platform (“Service”), operated by Two Pixel Industries Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Geoleaper, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Geoleaper is a SaaS platform that analyzes and optimizes structured data (schema markup) for websites. Our paid subscription service automatically implements and updates structured data on your site as long as your subscription remains active.
When your subscription ends or is canceled, all markup and content inserted by Geoleaper’s system will be automatically removed. You retain full ownership of your website, but any schema or content created through our platform will no longer remain on your site after cancellation.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually.
Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in an active billing cycle.
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method according to your selected plan.
3. Availability and Technical Issues
We strive to maintain high service availability and to fix bugs or issues as soon as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee an error-free experience.

All technology, software, design, and content within Geoleaper are owned by Two Pixel Industries Ltd.
Users retain ownership of their own websites and materials but grant Geoleaper a limited right to access and modify structured data as part of the service functionality.
